How it works
One master CV. Three agents. An AI review between every step.
MYO turns the UK job hunt into a tight loop that gets done. Milo finds the roles, Olaf writes the tailored package, Yenny tracks the replies. A separate judge sits between every step so nothing recruiter-hostile ever ships.
The team
Three agents, one job each.
Each agent owns one stage of the loop. They hand work to each other so you never have to start from zero.
Daily job scouting
Finds the jobs that actually fit you.
Milo reads thousands of new postings every night across UK job boards, careers pages, and LinkedIn. He scores each one against your master CV and your strategy, then leaves only the strongest matches in your feed by morning.
For every role in the feed, Milo writes a short reason it was picked, a fit score from 0 to 100, and any watch-outs you should know about before applying. You stay in control: send to Olaf, save for later, or skip.
- Scans the UK job market every night
- Scores each role against your base CV and strategy
- Filters out visas, salaries and stages that do not fit
- Writes a one-line reason for every role he surfaces
- Hands the role to Olaf when you say "send"
Milo just said
"3 strong matches today. Senior PM at Causal scores 94, your spreadsheet-native B2B work maps directly onto their product. Want me to send it to Olaf?"

Tailored CV + cover letter
Writes the application package, judged before it ships.
When you accept a role, Olaf reads the job description and your base CV and writes a tailored CV plus cover letter, end to end. The CV headline follows the strict format the rubric expects: qualification | years | skills | target role.
Then a separate AI reviewer inspects the package against an ATS-safe rubric: every claim mapped to evidence, no invented metrics, British English, no tables or icons, page layout sane. If anything fails, Olaf rewrites and the reviewer re-checks. You see the verdict in the workspace before you ship.
- Generates a tailored CV from your base CV
- Writes a numbered, evidence-led cover letter
- Runs an AI review over the result
- Loops until the package passes content, ATS, and visual checks
- Hands the finished package back for your one-click submit
Olaf just said
"Draft 2 of the Causal cover letter. The judge flagged the bridge line was missing; I added it and re-ran. It now passes content and ATS. One medium note on tightening the second paragraph."

Replies and pipeline analytics
Tracks what is actually converting.
Yenny watches your sent applications, your inbox, your screens, interviews and offers. She turns that into numbers you can act on: reply rate, response time, interview-to-offer ratio, and which channels are converting.
No vanity charts. Yenny tells you when momentum drops, when a channel stops working, and when you should push harder this week. She also compares against your peer group, so you know whether 28% reply rate is great or middling.
- Tracks replies, screens, interviews and offers
- Computes reply rate against your peer group
- Spots which channels and roles convert best
- Flags stale applications you should chase or close
- Books in calls when you need a push
Yenny just said
"Reply rate this week is 28%, above your group average of 21%. Careers-page direct apply is converting 3.2× better than LinkedIn for you. I would shift this week's volume there."
The master CV
One source of truth.
Everything MYO writes is built off a single base CV that we maintain with you. LinkedIn, your existing CV, and a structured 5-minute interview go in. Headline, summary, skills, experience, and an evidence index come out.
Because every tailored document is derived from this one source, the system cannot invent metrics, tools, employers, or qualifications. The judge has the base CV as ground truth and rejects anything the output claims that the base CV does not support.

Every tailored package
The loop
Five steps, repeated every week.
Deliberately short. One base CV in, ranked applications out, with judges between every step. Yenny’s numbers feed back into Milo’s scoring so the loop sharpens week by week.
step 01
Build the master CV
Onboarding pulls your LinkedIn, your existing CV, and a 5-minute structured interview into a single base CV. This is your source of truth: every later document is derived from it, so claims cannot drift.
step 02
Milo scouts overnight
Every night Milo scores fresh UK postings against your base CV and your strategy. Morning feed has only the matches, with reasons attached and a fit score from 0 to 100.
step 03
Olaf writes, the judge inspects
When you accept a role, Olaf writes a tailored CV and cover letter end to end. A separate AI reviewer then scores the package against an ATS-safe rubric. If it fails, Olaf rewrites and the reviewer re-checks until it passes.
step 04
You ship, Yenny tracks
You submit the package, marking it applied. Yenny ingests replies, screens, interviews and offers, computes reply rate against your peer group, and tells you where to push.
step 05
Loop tightens
Yenny's numbers feed back into your strategy and Milo's scoring. Roles that lead to interviews get weighted heavier; channels that go silent get downweighted. The loop gets sharper week by week.

AI as the reviewer
The honest part.
Generating a CV with AI is the easy half. The hard half is making sure what shipped is recruiter-ready, ATS-safe, and honest to your evidence. MYO solves that with a separate AI acting as a reviewer.
A light, cheap judge spot-checks structure first. Packages that pass that go to a heavier reviewer that inspects the rendered PDF as images, looking at page distribution, line breaks, orphan headings, and font consistency. Cost stays sane, quality stays high.
If the judge flags anything, Olaf rewrites and the judge re-checks. The loop only ships output that passes the rubric, and you see the verdict in the workspace before you submit.

Under the hood
Why this works.
One base CV.
Every tailored CV and cover letter is built from a single source of truth MYO maintains with you. Claims, dates and tools stay honest because the judge has your base CV as ground truth.
Light judges before heavy ones.
A cheap text-only judge spot-checks structure first. Only packages that pass that get the heavier visual judge over the rendered PDF, so cost stays sane without dropping quality.
Loops, not one-shots.
If the judge flags issues, Olaf rewrites and the judge re-checks. The loop only ships output that passes the rubric.
Yenny closes the outer loop.
Reply data feeds back into Milo’s scoring and your strategy. Channels and role types that convert get weighted heavier; ones that go silent get downweighted. The system gets sharper week by week.
Built for the UK.
British English, UK pay bands, right-to-work flags, sponsor lists. The rubric was tuned for UK recruiters, not generic global advice.
